The nutcracker can work without preliminary calibration of the walnut, has high productivity, and performs two functions at once – cracking the walnut and primary sorting the kernel from the shell. This model of nutcracker uses a conical type of splitting, due to which the yield of a whole kernel reaches 80%.

A walnut cracking machine with built-in aspiration automates the processing process and ensures gentle processing. The result of the machine is a sorted walnut kernel and an under-cracked walnut that is not sufficiently cracked in the nutcracker. The shell and partitions are separated into separate container. The kernels are not subject to unnecessary movements and damage. The undercracked walnuts are sent for manual cracking or re-cracking. Thus, the machine allows you to obtain the highest possible yield of the whole kernel.
This industrial nutcracker with aspiration can be used as a separate unit and installed as part of an automated walnut processing line.
Operating principle of the machine:
Pour the walnut into the nutcracker hopper and turn it on. The walnut is grabbed by the hooks of the chain conveyor and delivered to the cracking mechanism. The walnut falls between the conical plates, falls according to its size, the plates compress and the shell cracks, leaving the kernel intact. When the plates are released, the walnut is discharged into the aspiration column. The airflow in the column separates the shell and partitions, and the kernel and under-cracked walnut are sent to the unloading tank.
