The rotary walnut sizer is a machine designed for sorting inshell walnuts by size. It calibrates the walnut into 4 fractions: 28, 32, 36, 40 mm (these are the most common walnut sizes). The dimensions of the holes can be changed at the request of the customer.

The vertical bucket-type conveyor (bucket elevator) is designed for vertical transportation of nuts, berries, grain and other agricultural products. Thanks to the reversible electric drive, the equipment is suitable for both loading raw materials and unloading them after processing. It is perfectly integrated with our dryer with a capacity of up to 4 tons per hour.

Vibrating screen is designed for fast and qualitative sorting of walnuts by fractions (sizes) - halves, quarters, eighths and kernel crumbs. The unit is used in industrial production and processing shops for sorting large volumes of kernels or chopped walnuts with subsequent separation of the kernel from the shell in the aspiration column.

The walnut splitting unit is a drum-type nutcracker. The splitter is used as part of industrial lines to minimize manual labor. Depending on the processing purpose and the final product, it can be installed after the nutcracker or after the sorting equipment.

The dryer is designed for drying walnuts in their shells after harvesting, washing, or cleaning from the green pericarp. Drying walnuts is a necessary step in the walnut business, because the quality of the kernel and the storage time of the 1 nut in the shell depend on it.
