Payment Terms
Our company operates under a transparent and customer-friendly 60/40 payment structure:
60% prepayment — paid at the time of order placement and serves as the basis for launching the equipment into production.
40% final payment — paid after the order is fully completed, based on official confirmation of readiness (photo and video report) and immediately prior to shipment.
Production time is determined individually and depends on the selected model, configuration, and order volume.
Delivery Methods within Ukraine
The equipment price listed on the website does not include delivery costs, additional postal service fees, taxes, or customs duties.
Depending on the value of the goods and the destination country, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. The amount depends on the laws and regulations of your country. Import rules, limits, taxes, and additional information regarding shipping and customs clearance can be clarified with a customs broker or the customs authorities in your country.
International transportation may be unpredictable, and customs delays are possible. For international orders, once the shipment leaves Ukraine, it becomes the responsibility of your local postal or courier service.
