The principle of operation of the industrial automated line for walnut processing:

Cracking: The Etalon cone-type nutcracker cracks the shell around the entire perimeter, opening access to the kernel. The crack walnut is discharged immediately into the aspiration column.
Aspiration: a powerful aspirator separates the shell, partitions, and dust separated after cracking, and the walnut falls onto the conveyor belt.
Moving: the kernel is moved with the help of a conveyor to the next stage of processing – punching.
Breaking: A walnut breaker refines a walnut by cracking a walnut that has not been cracked enough by a nutcracker. The cracked walnut is unloaded immediately onto the vibrating screen.
Sorting: a vibrating sieve distributes the kernel into fractions – 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, crumb. Before unloading, each fraction passes through an aspiration column, where the final separation of the kernel from the shell and dust takes place.
