Etalon walnut cracking machine is a machine for fast and efficient industrial scale walnut cracking. It differs from other nutcrackers in its ability to work without preliminary calibration of the walnut and in maximum productivity. This nutcracker model uses a cone crack type, which achieves a whole kernel yield of up to 80%.
