We put the walnut into the bunker and turn it on. The walnut is gripped by the hooks of the chain conveyor and transported to the pricking mechanism. The walnut falls between the conical slabs, falls through according to its size, the slabs shrink slightly and the shell cracks, leaving the kernel intact. When the plates are unclenched, the walnut falls into the unloading container.
