Vibrating screen is designed for fast and qualitative sorting of walnuts by fractions (sizes) - halves, quarters, eighths and kernel crumbs. The unit is used in industrial production and processing shops for sorting large volumes of kernels or chopped walnuts with subsequent separation of the kernel from the shell in the aspiration column.

! Declared characteristics may differ when using low-quality raw materials.
* Low-quality raw materials mean:
– walnut affected by disease, mold or rot;
– a nut with a thick shell and partitions that have grown into the kernel;
– overdried walnut (the kernel crumbles during processing);
– wet elastic walnut, which, after splitting, retains its integrity and will not do without manual cleaning.
The walnut is poured into the hopper, by means of a vibrating feed, the walnut is fed to a sieve with holes of different sizes. In the process of vibration, the walnut falls into holes corresponding to its size and is sent to unloading containers. As a result, you get a sorted kernel into ½, ¼, 1/8 and undershoot (when sorting a cracked nut).
The vibrating sieve can be additionally equipped with sieves with holes for other crops (hazelnuts, peas, beans, sunflower seeds, pumpkins, etc.).
