The machine is used for dry and high-quality cleaning of almonds from the green pericarp, and when connected to water, it is able to clean walnuts. The peeler removes the green pericarp from a young, just ripened nut, as well as from a nut, the peel of which itself is separated from the fruit. The nutshell remains intact, without chips, or damage, and ready for further high-quality processing.
The machine is made based on the characteristics of almonds and their green peel.
Why do you need a walnut and almond peeling machine:
Principle of operation: the almonds or walnuts is poured into the bunker, the machine starts, the bunker damper opens and peeling begins. The green skin is discharged through the skin trough, and the peeled nut is sent to a separate container. To peel the walnut, the water pressure is switched on together with the start of the machine.
