The Optima 2 electric nutcracker is equipped with a roller splitting mechanism and has a productivity of up to 70 kg of nuts per hour.
A distinctive feature of the nutcracker is the built-in geared motor. It has high power and smooth shaft rotation, which provides more gentlecracking compared to the Optima 1 model.
The main advantages of the Optima 2 electric nutcracker:
Is quite simple: the nut is split by rotating the shaft that grips the nut, then it is pressed against an adjustable, metal curtain and cracks it very carefully. The gaps on the nutcracker shaft are machined in such a way as to gently crack the shell and not touch the kernel.
For greater efficiency and to reduce the amount of uncracked and cracked nuts, it is recommended to pre-calibrate the nuts.
