The lift conveyor is designed for feeding walnuts (or any other raw materials) between processing units (calibrator to nutcracker, nutcracker to vibrating sieve, vibrating sieve to inspection table).

The industrial drum washer for peeling and washing walnuts from the green pericarp is the fastest and most versatile among our peeling equipment. It removes the green peel from young, just-ripened nuts, as well as from nuts whose pericarp separates from the nut by itself. After washing, the nut shell remains intact and the nut is sent for drying.

The vertical bucket-type conveyor (bucket elevator) is designed for vertical transportation of nuts, berries, grain and other agricultural products. Thanks to the reversible electric drive, the equipment is suitable for both loading raw materials and unloading them after processing. It is perfectly integrated with our dryer with a capacity of up to 4 tons per hour.

Automatic harvesting machine designed for collecting hazelnuts, chestnuts, almonds, walnuts, and other nuts in shells on prepared flat areas, with picking up the product from the ground surface.

The aspiration column is an installation for separating the shell, partitions, dust and debris from the walnut kernel. It speeds up the processing of walnuts and increases the quality of the kernel at the output - the kernel is clean, without debris, dust and pieces of shell. The vibrating feed frees from the constant manual feeding of the nut, so that the worker can service other installations while the aspiration column is in operation.

The cleaner is a device for high-quality cleaning of walnuts from green pericarp. It easily removes green skin from young ripe nuts, leaving the shell intact.
