Walnut cracking machine K 50 - small-sized equipment for processing walnuts in small businesses. It possesses the conical principle of cracking, does not require calibration of the walnut, cracks the shell as gently as possible and provides an output of up to 80% of the whole kernel.

The vertical bucket-type conveyor (bucket elevator) is designed for vertical transportation of nuts, berries, grain and other agricultural products. Thanks to the reversible electric drive, the equipment is suitable for both loading raw materials and unloading them after processing. It is perfectly integrated with our dryer with a capacity of up to 2 tons per hour.

The walnut splitting unit is a drum-type nutcracker. The splitter is used as part of industrial lines to minimize manual labor. Depending on the processing purpose and the final product, it can be installed after the nutcracker or after the sorting equipment.

After washing with a cleaner, the nut shell remains intact, without chips, damage and ready for further high-quality processing.

The aspiration column is an installation for separating the shell, partitions, dust and debris from the walnut kernel. It speeds up the processing of walnuts and increases the quality of the kernel at the output - the kernel is clean, without debris, dust and pieces of shell. The vibrating feed frees from the constant manual feeding of the nut, so that the worker can service other installations while the aspiration column is in operation.
