Lifting conveyor for walnut

The aspiration column is an installation for separating the shell, partitions, dust and debris from the walnut kernel. It speeds up the processing of walnuts and increases the quality of the kernel at the output - the kernel is clean, without debris, dust and pieces of shell. The vibrating feed frees from the constant manual feeding of the nut, so that the worker can service other installations while the aspiration column is in operation.

The rotary hazelnuts and for the walnut calibrator is a high-precision machine specifically designed for sorting hazelnuts in-shell by size. This calibrator ensures impeccable sorting into the necessary fractions with a step of 1 mm or as per individual request. The number of fractions and hole sizes can be customized to meet individual requirements that match the needed hazelnut varieties and sizes. One calibrator can have up to 8 fractions.

The dryer is designed for drying walnuts in shell after collection, washing or cleaning from the green pericarp.

The vacuum harvesting unit is designed for harvesting hazelnuts and other nuts. The equipment has been developed to harvest crops efficiently in a variety of terrain conditions using a vacuum air system. Depending on the cleanliness of the plot, the harvest is collected with a purity level of 70–90%.
