Etalon walnut cracking machine is a machine for fast and efficient industrial scale walnut cracking. It differs from other nutcrackers in its ability to work without preliminary calibration of the walnut and in maximum productivity. This nutcracker model uses a cone crack type, which achieves a whole kernel yield of up to 80%.

The vibrating sieve is designed for sorting walnuts by fractions (sizes) - halves, quarters, eighths and kernel crumbs. The vibrating sieve is used in industrial production for quick sorting of large volumes of walnut kernels.

The Optima 1 electric nutcracker is a small roll type equipment for splitting walnuts at home or in a small workshop. Thanks to the flexible settings, the nutcracker can quickly adapt to toasting walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.

This equipment is used to refine low-quality walnuts (the so-called "dovbun" or "greedy" walnuts). It has two modes: Delicate - slow rotor rotation for minimal damage to the kernel. Intensive - high speed to knock out the kernel remnants from the shell. Ideal for processing difficult raw nuts.
