Dryer for walnuts and hazelnuts (up to 1 t/day)

The 3-in-1 industrial nut processing line (200 kg/h) is a single solution designed for processing three types of nuts: hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts. The line provides a complete processing cycle — from cracking with maximum whole kernel yield to secondary cracking, shell and kernel sorting, as well as automatic material transfer between stages. The equipment is fully automated, optimizes production processes, and reduces the need for manual labor. It can be additionally equipped and customized to meet the individual needs of the customer.

This equipment is used to refine low-quality walnuts (the so-called "dovbun" or "greedy" walnuts). It has two modes: Delicate - slow rotor rotation for minimal damage to the kernel. Intensive - high speed to knock out the kernel remnants from the shell. Ideal for processing difficult raw nuts.

The dryer is designed for drying nuts in the shell - walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds. Drying is necessary after harvesting, washing or peeling the pericarp. Drying of walnuts is a necessary step in the walnut business because it determines the quality of the kernel and the storage time of walnuts in the shell.

The industrial drum washer for peeling and washing walnuts from the green pericarp is the fastest and most versatile among our peeling equipment. It removes the green peel from young, just-ripened nuts, as well as from nuts whose pericarp separates from the nut by itself. After washing, the nut shell remains intact and the nut is sent for drying.

The aspiration column is an installation for separating the shell, partitions, dust and debris from the walnut kernel. It speeds up the processing of walnuts and increases the quality of the kernel at the output - the kernel is clean, without debris, dust and pieces of shell. The vibrating feed frees from the constant manual feeding of the nut, so that the worker can service other installations while the aspiration column is in operation.

Hazelnut husk cleaner is equipment for the automatic removal of the green pericarp, or husk, from hazelnuts. This device is used in industrial orchards to optimize the processing process and prepare hazelnuts for further use, sale, or processing.
