The peeler is equipment for peeling the green pericarp from the nut. The peeler removes the green pericarp from young, newly ripe nuts whose peel has just begun to crack, as well as from nuts whose peel itself is separating from the fruit.

The vertical bucket-type conveyor (bucket elevator) is designed for vertical transportation of nuts, berries, grain and other agricultural products. Thanks to the reversible electric drive, the equipment is suitable for both loading raw materials and unloading them after processing. It is perfectly integrated with our dryer with a capacity of up to 4 tons per hour.

The industrial drum washer for peeling and washing walnuts from the green pericarp is the fastest and most versatile among our peeling equipment. It removes the green peel from young, just-ripened nuts, as well as from nuts whose pericarp separates from the nut by itself. After washing, the nut shell remains intact and the nut is sent for drying.

Industrial Hazelnut Processing Line (200 kg/h) — modern equipment designed for efficient and continuous hazelnut processing, providing a complete basic processing cycle for raw materials. The line is engineered for gentle hazelnut cracking with a maximum yield of whole kernels, helping maintain high product quality while minimizing losses. The equipment ensures shell and kernel sorting, automated raw material transfer between processing stages, optimization of the production process, and reduction of manual labor. The processing capacity reaches up to 200 kg/h, making the line an ideal solution for small and medium-sized production facilities. Automatic harvesting machine designed for collecting hazelnuts, chestnuts, almonds, walnuts, and other nuts in shells on prepared flat areas, with picking up the product from the ground surface.

The vibrating feed is used to uniformly supply raw materials to the inspection table. The vibrating bunker is used to supply walnut kernels, nuts in shell, split nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, as well as any other bulk products.
