This equipment is used to refine low-quality walnuts (the so-called "dovbun" or "greedy" walnuts). It has two modes: Delicate - slow rotor rotation for minimal damage to the kernel. Intensive - high speed to knock out the kernel remnants from the shell. Ideal for processing difficult raw nuts.

120*82*161 cmThe walnut breaker after cracking is a drum-type nutcracker. The walnut breaker is used in industrial lines to minimize manual labor. Depending on the purpose of processing and obtaining the final product, it can be installed after the nutcracker or after the sorting equipment.
Advantages of a walnut breaker:
We put the walnut into the hopper and turn it on, the walnut is fed from the hopper into the rotating drum, where it is breake. The breaked walnut is sent to the unloading container, and then for sorting – vibrating sieve and aspiration.
! Depending on the original quality of the walnut, after the walnut breaker you will receive 1/4, 1/8 and crumb.
To obtain 1/2 (butterflies), cone nutcrackers are used (50, 100 and 200 kg / h).

– a nut with a thick shell and partitions that have grown into the kernel;
– overdried nut (the kernel crumbles during processing);
– wet elastic walnut, which, after splitting, retains its integrity and will not do without manual cleaning.
