Walnut cracking machine K 100 – equipment for processing walnuts at industrial enterprises. It has a conical crack principle, does not require calibration of the walnut, cracks the shell as gently as possible, and provides up to 80% of the whole kernel yield.

The crack principle: Conical
The calibrator is designed to sort nuts by size from small to large for further high-quality and cost-effective processing of nuts on industrial nutcrackers that require preliminary calibration of the nut.
On the calibrator, the gaps between the shafts can be adjusted independently, depending on the size of the nut, it is possible to adjust for any type of nut – walnut, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.

Vibrating sieve with aspiration is designed for screening out shells, partitions and dust from the nut kernel and sorting the kernel into fractions (sizes) – halves, quarters, eighths of the kernel and crumbs. Vibrating sieve with aspiration is used for high-quality and quick sorting of nuts in large volumes.
