An industrial walnut washer is a unit for cleaning walnuts from their green husks. The washer removes the green husk from young, just-ripe walnuts, as well as from walnuts whose pericarp naturally separates from the nut.

225 kgAn industrial walnut peeling is a machine for cleaning walnuts from green peels. Peeling machine removes the green skin from the young, just ripe walnut, as well as from the walnut, from which the pericarp separates itself from the walnut. After washing, the shell of the walnut remains intact and the walnut is sent for drying. The special cone shape allows you to effectively peel large volumes of walnuts in a short period of time.
Installation purpose:
fill up the walnut, turn on the water and turn on the peeling machine. The green skin is peeled off on the walnuts, and the stream of water washes away the green waste. After cleaning, turn off the purifier, turn off the water supply and unload the walnuts through the door. On the table, the walnut is sorted out – the unpeeled nut is peeled by hand or sent for re-cleaning, the rest of the walnut is sent for drying.
