Advantages of K 50 nutcracker:
The principle of operation of the K 50 nutcracker: a walnut is loaded into the hopper and the nutcracker is started. The chain conveyor picks up the walnut and transfers it to the cracking mechanism. The walnut ends up between the conical plates, falls through according to its size, the plates shrink and the shell cracks, while the kernel remains intact. When the plates are unclenched, the walnut is sent to the unloading compartment.
After cracking, the kernel is cleaned of shells and partitions. This can be done with walnut cracking kit.
