The dryer is designed for drying walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds after collection, washing or cleaning. This is a necessary stage for processing nuts, because the taste, color of the kernel and shelf life depend on the quality of drying.

The aspiration column is an installation for separating the shell, partitions, dust and debris from the walnut kernel. It speeds up the processing of walnuts and increases the quality of the kernel at the output - the kernel is clean, without debris, dust and pieces of shell. The vibrating feed frees from the constant manual feeding of the nut, so that the worker can service other installations while the aspiration column is in operation.

The inspection table is designed for sorting bulk products – walnuts and hazelnuts in shells, walnut and hazelnut kernels, as well as any other bulk products such as coffee beans, berries, fruits and others.

A hazelnut nutcracker with aspiration is a compact industrial unit that combines cracking and primary kernel cleaning from the shell. Thanks to the adjustable crushing mechanism, the machine gently shells the kernels without damage, while the built-in aspiration system immediately separates the shells. The rotary walnut sizer is a machine designed for sorting inshell walnuts by size. It calibrates the walnut into 4 fractions: 28, 32, 36, 40 mm (these are the most common walnut sizes). The dimensions of the holes can be changed at the request of the customer.

Industrial Hazelnut Processing Line (200 kg/h) — modern equipment designed for efficient and continuous hazelnut processing, providing a complete basic processing cycle for raw materials. The line is engineered for gentle hazelnut cracking with a maximum yield of whole kernels, helping maintain high product quality while minimizing losses.
