The Optima 1 electric nutcracker is a small roll type equipment for splitting walnuts at home or in a small workshop. Thanks to the flexible settings, the nutcracker can quickly adapt to toasting walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.

Industrial Almond Processing Line (200 kg/h) — modern equipment designed for efficient and continuous almond processing, providing a complete basic processing cycle for raw materials. The line is engineered for gentle almond cracking with a maximum yield of whole kernels, helping maintain high product quality while minimizing losses. The equipment ensures shell and kernel sorting, automated raw material transfer between processing stages, optimization of the production process, and reduction of manual labor. The processing capacity reaches up to 200 kg/h, making the line an ideal solution for small and medium-sized production facilities. The line can be modified and equipped according to the customer’s individual needs, technological requirements, and production specifications.

The vibrating sieve is designed for sorting the walnut kernel by fractions (sizes) - halves, quarters, eight kernels and crumbs, and at the same time separating the kernel from the shell, partitions and debris. The unit is used in industrial production and processing shops for high-quality and fast sorting of walnuts in large volumes.

The hazelnut blowing machine is designed to speed up the harvesting process. It blows hazelnuts from under tree trunks and hard-to-reach row spaces into areas where the main harvesting equipment can easily and efficiently collect them.

The rotary walnut sizer is a machine designed for sorting inshell walnuts by size. It calibrates the walnut into 4 fractions: 28, 32, 36, 40 mm (these are the most common walnut sizes). The dimensions of the holes can be changed at the request of the customer.

The vacuum harvesting unit is designed for harvesting hazelnuts and other nuts. The equipment has been developed to harvest crops efficiently in a variety of terrain conditions using a vacuum air system. Depending on the cleanliness of the plot, the harvest is collected with a purity level of 70–90%.
